Job Description:
We are looking for an aggressive, hard working and self-motivated individual to work in sales. The successful candidate should be comfortable in selling a product that is completely new to most prospects in a very competitive market.

This individual should be effective in explaining how our products and services work and how they will benefit the business owners/managers. He or she should also be able to demonstrate our technology product, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of our product, and persuasively move the prospect to a final sale. Travel is required throughout the assigned territory to call on prospective customers and generate orders. It will be necessary to actively compile a list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, Internet Web sites and other sources. The individual should be able to function independently to establish and execute a sales plan/strategy and prepare a weekly status report of sales activities.

Interpersonal skills are essential and must be effective in both oral and written communication. Candidate must be a strong strategic planner and have a successful track record in selling professional services in a high tech environment. Bachelor degree in business or equivalent experience is preferred.  It is preferred that the Candidate have an existing contact list that is relivant to this industry and can utilize that list as a starting point.

Job Description:
Meade Design is seeking several highly motivated and multi-talented web designers (including senior level) to create cutting-edge professional interactive web sites. This individual will be managing all aspects of a web project from concept to completion.

Requirements:
Exceptional web design skill and demonstrated ability to create highly-usable professional interactive websites -- that actually meet clients' business needs.

2-5 years of experience as a web designer. Must have strong design, layout, and usability capabilities. Comprehensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript, Illustrator, Photoshop, Frontpage, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and all nuances of sophisticated web site design.

Must be completely familiar with the web and understand user interface design. Must have the ability to take business requirements, both conceptually and written, and build web pages/user interfaces. 2-5 years of experience as a graphic designer. Must have strong design, layout, and commercial art knowledge. Comprehensive knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Quarkxpress and all nuances of sophisticated graphic design for print and online.

Must have the ability to take business requirements, both conceptually and written, and use that information to create effective marketing pieces.
